My Food Experience--This was hands-down the best meal I have had in Princeton or otherwise! Reserve this spot for special occasions--it is worth the price tag if you truly appreciate fine dining. These are the kind of restaurants I yearn for! From the moment we stepped out the elevator (that's the way to enter), we were taken care of and pampered with a feeling of grace, sophistication and "ease". The hosts were perfect--attentive, polite, jovial, and completely competent to give us our best dinner experience possible. With only 10 tables, the venue ensures their complete attention on you. As an example, you will never find your server "too busy" to get refills of your drink. The food itself was outstanding in taste, display, and timeliness in getting to our table. I have posted the menu here but it's seasonal and changes very often. You will leave here with the feeling of being at the top of the world, and dare I say well-fed!
